It is truly a library of chatty information and worth a visit even if you don’t intend walking. This company also organise walks in various parts of the country. Warning, if you do start reading this site and you will be there for ages because it is so entertaining. The site also drifts into Facebook.

Yes, most of the walks charge a fee, but on their page www.walks.com/Homepage/Beachcombing_Walks/default.aspx it would appear that Beachcombing walks are free - but please check. Each beachcombing walk is different because the foreshore changes every day. Who knows what any of these walks could generate in the way of ideas? For instance, if you live near a beach and have knowledge of beachcombing....????
