Lose Weight Eat Well

WHY NOT LOSE WEIGHT EAT WELL?

This is the the way to go.

When you eat a lot, you gain weight, which is stating the blindingly obvious!

Unfortunately it also leads to that nasty word ‘obesity’. That is what you see on the outside of your body.

But what happens on the inside of your body when you eat too much?

This is the really important part. You burn less calories than you use, therefore the excess is stored at fat.

Most people think if they can burn a small amount of calories this will result in a slow and progressive loss of fat.

As an illustration: There are 460 calories in a 100g. (3 1/2 oz.) slice of cake. If you eat a slice of cake just four nights a week, this amounts to over 95,000 additional calories per year.

So perhaps it is best to forget all about the cake and that can of Cola you were thinking about.

Medical opinion now states that if fat is stored around the major internal organs this increases the risk of cancer. The dreaded big ‘C’. In addition Swedish scientists now state (May, 2011) that increased weight in the 50/55 year olds may increase the likelihood of some form of dementia in old age. So not a lot to look forward to there!

To burn the calories away it is just a matter of simple mathematics. Reduce your intake of junk food a little here and a little there, plus a healthy diet should do the trick. But, if you are not a disciplined person your weight loss goal will never be achieved.

So improving eating habits seems to be on the ‘To Do’ list.

It is tempting to snack when you are hungry, but what about the long-term effects. If you can resist anything but temptation, maybe it is time to check out Click Here!

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. So simple - lose weight eat well!
